On Saturday, February 17th, we held our 6th annual PBAC car show at the Midland County Horse Shoe Arena and had a great day! We had over 120 cars and motorcycles on display and approximately 1000 spectators attended this year's show with visitors from all over the Permian Basin and the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. We had great music all day thanks to Greg the DJ and had a live radio remote with 97 Gold! We also had some excellent judges, who judged each entry based on its engine, interior and paint.

There was a lot of opportunity to talk with other car folks about their machines, take pictures (see those attached), eat some good food and enjoy the day; we even had the Hooter’s Girls there whom Ron took under his wing!!!! We raised enough money to help us with our continuing efforts to provide scholarships to the Midland College/ MISD Automotive Tech Program.

This was our first show in the Horseshoe Arena and we thought it went real well but have several things we will do different next year to improve it. The tentative date for next years show is Saturday, February 16th, 2008 and we look forward to seeing you then!
